It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that Donn Jorgenson has suffered a massive stroke and will sadly be unable to return to his company and the work he so greatly loved.
In a family decision to honor Donn and the thousands of loyal customers who he has been dealing with since 1978, we have passed on the business to Ken and Christine Grant to ensure Donn’s clients and friends can remain to receive the assistance and guidance they need and we know he would have wanted for them.
Langley By-Water will be officially re-opening as Jacuzzi Backyard Living in early January 2020 and the Jorgenson family is pleased to have partnered with another locally owned and family-run business with decades of experience in the pool and hot tub industry.
We have full confidence that Ken & Christine’s company will be able to provide on-going sales and service for all makes of hot tubs and pools.
They will also be bringing you exciting new products including Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Swim Spas, Patio Furniture, Fire Pits, BBQs & Smokers.
Please know that your FREE On-Site Water Testing for all pool and hot tub customers will be carefully looked after by their trained water care technicians who will now be available 7 days a week.
The store will undergo a well-deserved facelift to take it into the next year and decade and we greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as they prepare for this during January.
While there will be some staff onsite, the hours may be a bit sporadic for the month of January so to help with the transition or if you have any immediate questions or concerns, require water testing or water care products, please visit their alternate location at unit #5 – 19335 Langley Bypass (ten minutes to the west) or call us at 604-245-5576.
